When will my order be shipped?
We aim for all orders placed before 3pm to be dispatched the same working day! The joys of shopping small :)
How much is postage? How long will it take?
All orders of £30 and over qualify for free UK delivery! Yay!
Otherwise, UK delivery options are as follows:
Standard (2nd Class, 2-5 Working Days): £3.95
1st Class (1-3 Working Days): £5.95
Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm the next working day: £7.00
Please note this excludes weekends!
Do You Ship Internationally?
Indeed we do! All Overseas deliveries are tracked, with rates as follows:
Europe (est. 3-5 working days): £7.85
Rest of the world, including America, Asia (est. 5-10 working days): £15
All international orders are sent tracked!
Which shipping carrier do you use?
We use Royal Mail, or Parcelforce for larger deliveries. All delivery estimates are based on Royal Mail's timeframe.
Will customs charges apply?
Individual countries customs charges may apply - Please note that we are not responsible for these! :(
We hope that you are more than happy with your order, however, if not, we can offer:
Non-Sale Items: A full refund for goods within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in perfect condition, unworn and in original packaging. We can also offer an exchange where possible.
Sale Items: A full refund for goods within 7 days of receipt, providing they are in perfect condition, unworn and in original packaging.
How do I return an item?
Returns are super easy and stress free. Just pop your unsuitable items back to us at:

Make sure you can include your order number, receipt or name on or inside your parcel! All refunds will be processed on receipt of the items. You can email us before hand, so we can keep an eye out for your parcel if you like.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/ style?
Sure thing! Just drop us an email before you send anything to email@example.com and we can arrange any exchanges with you. Once we receive your original items, we will send any exchanges the same working day, along with an email, so you know it's on it's way.
Are returns free?
At the moment, I'm afraid we can't offer free returns :(

My order is a gift. What can you do?
Lucky them! All orders (except shoes) are gift wrapped as standard. If you'd like your order to include a gift receipt (no prices!) just add a note in your basket before checkout. Also, if you'd like to include a little note for your recipient, pop that in a note too and we'll hand write it for you!
What about your packaging?
We're trying to go as low-plastic as possible, so all orders are wrapped in recyclable brown paper and we recycle packaging where possible - so if you order something large, don't be alarmed if it comes in a box that used to hold paper bags! We also use paper bags in store.
